Shipping Info/Policies
Shipping Info:
All apparel/hair bow orders placed will be shipped within 72 hours via US Priority Shipping or UPS, upon receipt of payment from customers. These orders should be received within 7-10 days business days. The Furniture Collection items will take 2-3 weeks to ship (unless item is in stock) since the items are handmade. Select Standard Flat Rate Shipping when ordering furniture. Customers located in Albany and/or Leesburg, Georgia and the surrounding areas (within 25 miles) can select the "Pick-up" method, in the shipping section, to avoid shipping charges. A time and place for the merchandise to be picked up or delivered can be arranged by contacting us at sales@4alldogkinds.com.

Gifts Certificates
Customers can purchase gifts certificates using your credit cards via PayPal. This will be great gifts for Christmas, birthdays, holidays, etc. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policies:
Since we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our handmade tanks, we offer size exchanges, store credits, and refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality, handmade tanks, you may be refunded the total purchase price if requested within 7 days of purchase. For refunds, please contact the sales office at sales@4alldogkinds.com. Refunds will be administered upon receipt of the merchandise, if returned in good condition.
*GA residents will be charged 7% for state taxes.
** Since we created our own version of the tank pattern, please refer to the sizing chart, in the "Sizing Info" section, for the perfect fit.
*** Please provide your pups/dogs' weight and length (if possible) in the "Comments" section, when checking out, in order to assure the perfect fit!
